We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a return.

5. Return Authorization

Returns must receive prior written authorization from our customer service team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Return instructions will be provided once the request has been approved.

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect claim approval.

9. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment upon written request.

If production has not started, a full refund may be available.

Customized Orders

OEM, ODM, private label, and customized orders generally cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
